Terms and Conditions

We recommend that you read and understand the following terms & conditions carefully before placing your order. Underdressed aims to offer you the best service and good quality garments, so please be advised that some styles & shades may differ slightly from the images shown.

Delivery

All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. We aim to despatch your order within 3-4 working days for UK deliveries so you can expect your order within 5 working days and 5-10 working days for international deliveries. However, if your chosen product is out of stock we will either order your items from the supplier or offer a full refund (excluding Postage & Packaging). Out of stock items are delivered within 28 days and Underdressed will make contact to advise you of this. Please note that you are not charged for out of stock items until they are shipped.

Returning goods on which duty has been paid

If you have paid import duty for your goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs Authority. To do so, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export such as a certificate of posting when claiming your refund.

Returning Items

We have carefully selected high quality products that we hope you will be happy with.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods.

UK Only

The form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the goods you wish to return. Goods must be returned to: Underdressed Ltd, FREEPOST, P.O Box 58917, London, SE6 9EH.  Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges.

Please obtain a Certificate of Posting available free from your post office for all returns, to enable us to complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. Allow up to 10 working days for returned goods to reach us.

International

The form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the goods you wish to return. Goods must be returned to; Underdressed Ltd, P.O Box 58917, London, United Kingdom, SE6 9EH. Failure to so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges.

All purchases must be returned in good condition, labels should be attached, garments should be, unwashed, not creased, marked or soiled and unworn.  
We will not make refunds to a third party.
