Postage & Packaging

Delivery

All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. We aim to despatch your order within 3-4 working days for UK deliveries so you can expect your order within 5 working days and 5-10 working days for international deliveries. However, if your chosen product is out of stock we will either order your items from the supplier or offer a full refund (excluding Postage & Packaging). Out of stock items are delivered within 28 days and Underdressed will make contact to advise you of this. Please note that you are not charged for out of stock items until they are shipped.

Postage & Packing

A signature will be required for all deliveries, as packages do not fit through a standard letter box.

UK Delivery

Recorded Deliv ery  £4.50 for orders under £60 (Royal Mail Recorded delivery)

Express Delivery      £6.00
Special delivery orders placed before noon Monday-Friday, delivery next working day before 1pm
(Royal Mail Special Delivery, signature required*)

Special Delivery    £15.00 ( Only available from October – 23rd December 2008)
Special delivery for orders placed before 4pm Monday – Friday and before 11am on Saturday. Orders to arrive next day by 9am, Monday - Saturday

International Delivery

(5-10 working days from despatch)
Standard delivery £12.00 (Royal Mail - local postal service)

Customs, duty and taxes

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of all the goods being sent outside the European Union, therefore your goods may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once goods reach your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges therefore cannot predict what they may be.
